The spring festival in 2025 will feature a 7-meter-tall "粉嘻鯨" (Pink Whale) aquatic installation art, created in collaboration with the New Taipei City Government. This artwork will be on display at New Taipei Metropolitan Park from March 22 to April 20. The whale blends modern art with the grass and water scenery, featuring afternoon and evening water shows, along with enchanting lighting at night. The event will also include four major themed exhibition areas and over 150 booths offering food and unique products, making it perfect for families and couples to enjoy the beauty of spring together.

The 2025 Spring Festival brings a major surprise, as the 7-meter tall “Pink Whale” water surface installation art officially debuts. This work is a collaboration between the New Taipei City Government’s Tourism Bureau and the Coastal Engineering Management Office, carefully crafted in New Taipei Metropolitan Park to create this giant whale landscape installation. The “Pink Whale” is 13 meters wide, standing between the park's vast grassland and water scenery, perfectly blending modern art with natural elements, making it an ideal spot for photographs both day and night.

This art installation will be on limited display during the "2025 New Taipei Spring Festival" from March 22 to April 20. Every day from 3 PM to 9 PM, the “Pink Whale” will showcase a water show at the top and half-hour, with water columns dancing to the rhythm of the music, mimicking the natural movement of the whale surfacing, adding a magical atmosphere to the park.

After 6 PM, the “Pink Whale” will be illuminated by psychedelic lights, combined with dazzling lighting effects and musical changes, presenting a spectacular water dance show, transforming the night in the metropolitan park into a fairy tale scene, making it the most popular photo spot of the spring.

This year’s event has meticulously planned four major themed exhibition areas and three performance stages, inviting over 150 market vendors to participate, bringing a feast of food and unique products, allowing visitors to enjoy artistic beauty while tasting delicious food and discovering surprises.
