The cherry blossoms typically bloom from mid to late March until early April, providing visitors an opportunity to savor the beauty of nature. Adjacent to the trail, the Houchou Fishing Port is a great place to enjoy the sea. The fishing gear warehouses have vibrant colors, and the surrounding area is peaceful and pleasant. This spot is perfect for fishing and offers friendly fishing zones, attracting many enthusiasts. The seaside viewing platform at Zhi Lan Park is about a 10-minute walk from Houchou Fishing Port and is a popular spot for photo-taking, boasting beautiful 360-degree sea views. After your adventures, Fugu Fishing Port offers fresh seafood delicacies, making it an ideal place to taste seasonal flavors, ensuring you have an unforgettable spring holiday.

Cherry Blossom Blooming Beautiful Scenery
As spring warms up and flowers bloom, March is the best time for outings. Recommend visiting the Sanjhi SanSheng Trail, enjoy a leisurely stroll under the cherry blossom trees, and feel the romantic atmosphere of spring intertwined with cherry blossoms and sea breezes. Afterwards, you can visit the nearby Houchuo Fishing Port, quietly listen to the sound of the waves, experience a serene atmosphere, and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the North Coast.

🌸 SanSheng Trail Cherry Blossoms Blooming
Located just a 10-minute drive from Houchuo Fishing Port, the Sanjhi SanSheng Trail is approximately two kilometers long, paved with andesite and lined with over a hundred cherry blossom trees that cover the two-kilometer trail like a mist, forming a beautiful spring painting. In spring, various species of cherry blossoms bloom one after another, with Yoshino cherry, mountain cherry, yae cherry, and Showa cherry intertwining into a sea of pink. When the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, you can walk through the entire row of pink flowers, expected to bloom from mid to late March to early April, exuding a romantic spring atmosphere that is intoxicatingly beautiful.

Along the SanSheng Trail, there are scenic greening, wild stream management, arch bridges with flowing water, stone benches, waterfront protection, platform terraces, and agricultural production displays. The SanSheng Trail, beautiful in all seasons, is vibrant in spring with falling cherry blossoms. During the Qingming Festival, flower petals drift like a snowstorm along the Cherry Blossom Trail, making it exceptionally romantic. Whether strolling along the trail or sitting quietly beside it, it's a journey of healing for the soul, where you can feel the fresh breath of nature.

🐟 Houchuo Fishing Port
Houchuo Fishing Port is hidden beside Tanjin Highway and is the only fishing port in Sanjhi District, where many small and medium fishing boats dock, creating a tranquil scene of sunshine, waves, and fishing boats. The fishing port features a fishing gear warehouse, with the pure white outer wall blending the color elements of the "Youth Mountain Sea Line," colorful and full of childlike fun. The second floor of the fishing gear warehouse has a viewing platform that offers a high vantage point to overlook the serene beauty of the fishing port, especially at dusk when the sunset's glow casts over the warehouse, making the scenery especially charming. Additionally, there is a fishing-friendly area in Houchuo Fishing Port, attracting many fishing enthusiasts who come to enjoy the pleasure of fishing. Whether on weekdays or holidays, you can always see people quietly fishing by the port, making it a leisure paradise for all ages on the North Coast.

From Tamsui MRT Station or beside Keelung Train Station, you can take the bidirectional Tamsui or Keelung buses to get off at "Dahui" station.

📍Zhilan Park Seaside Viewing Platform
Located about a 10-minute walk from Houchuo Fishing Port, the Zhilan Park Seaside Viewing Platform is known as "the most beautiful runway on the North Coast." You can walk along the azure wave corridor into the sea, enjoying stunning sea views and the sunset from a 360-degree angle. The romantic installation art at the end of the platform has become a must-visit photo spot for couples and Instagrammers.

The upgraded fishing gear warehouse at Houchuo Fishing Port has been transformed from old containers into reinforced concrete buildings, providing 20 storage spaces for fishermen, significantly enhancing the comfort in the harbor area. After visiting Houchuo Fishing Port, you might also want to head to Fuki Fishing Port in Shimen District to indulge in the fresh seasonal seafood at Fuki Fish Market, or visit the JinDian CaiLi YiZhan at Caoli Fishing Port for a cup of coffee, leisurely enjoy your afternoon, and experience the charming tourist spots along the North Coast, creating an unforgettable spring holiday.
