This article, edited by Zhang Ruozhen, introduces the design of a raw house. Designer Pan Shimin, with the wisdom of the Yunfang Design Team, skillfully blends Italian furniture and neoclassical style, creating a unique light luxury living experience. As you enter the foyer, the milk tea tones paired with long rainbow glass create an elegant atmosphere. The open living space connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, making it bright and transparent. The master bedroom and bathroom utilize Italian design, being both exquisite and comfortable, while the daughter’s room is designed as a practical and aesthetically pleasing space, balancing beauty and functionality. This design makes every area feel just right, combining modern minimalism with an elegant ambiance.
The editor invites you to appreciate a decade of good home living. Although not too long or too short, it provides a perfect opportunity to savor the merits of home renovation. Today, we are unboxing this raw house, inviting designer 潘仕敏 from Yunfang Design, once again, for another heartfelt creation, following two successful past living experiences. The designer accurately grasped the owner's needs through the established rapport, utilizing the aesthetics of Italian furniture and the romance of neoclassical style to break traditional frameworks and distill a unique light luxury experience within this 55-ping raw house.
The entrance features an L-shaped hallway, where the soft milk tea color combines with screening vocabulary and long rainbow glass, interweaving an elegant and gentle welcoming atmosphere. Storage and shoe benches are cleverly placed under the beams, not only diminishing the presence of the main beam but also making the passageway spacious, ensuring a smooth flow upon entering the home.
Upon entering the living space, the 55-ping raw house is divided evenly according to the owner's living habits. The open design links the living room, dining room, kitchen, and study, forming a transparent and bright convivial atmosphere. The TV wall in the living room features a minimalist gray paint backdrop, with marble-patterned thin tiles framing the TV placement above, creating depth in the scene while adding a touch of sophistication. The dining and kitchen areas are divided into two parts: a light food area and a hot stir-fry area. The light food area centers around an island, creating a fluid square movement pattern, while the adjacent dining and water cabinets fulfill gathering needs and provide a more varied usage scenario; the hot stir-fry area employs built-in appliances to maintain cohesion and enhance comfort during use.
The master bedroom continues with the milk tea color scheme, increasing the proportion of gold accents to create a more elegant and calm atmosphere. The master bathroom carries on this ambiance, with delicate Italian stone-patterned tiles adding a touch of luxury, making daily bathing an enjoyable experience. The independent dressing room features white cabinets, and the long rainbow glass doors subtly modify the spatial scale, allowing for prolonged stays without feeling oppressive or enclosed.
The daughter's room arranges two single beds in a line, with a central low cabinet paired with a glass display cabinet, combining aesthetics with practicality. The balanced distribution ensures the children have sufficient storage space, alleviating future concerns about disputes over storage shortages.
The editor's favorite aspect is the balance the designer found between Italian minimalism and elegance. The designer simplified complex neoclassical totem elements and paired them with carefully selected petal sofas and gold accents, creating a home atmosphere that blends refined elegance with modern simplicity, yielding a unique sense of relaxation, with every detail in just the right place.
