The Dole Design Team focuses on creating comfortable and functional living spaces. Through professional techniques and design concepts, they incorporate Japanese elements to create a bright and natural living environment. This case features a new four-story house of 80 ping, characterized by a smooth flow and multifunctional space allocation. The design utilizes large windows to enhance ventilation and lighting, combined with unique materials and color tones, showcasing a minimalist yet comfortable lifestyle. Additionally, the bar coffee area in the living room and the curved television wall design provide flexible usability and a cozy living atmosphere, fully reflecting the essence of living and the tranquil beauty of Japanese aesthetics.

Design is an important place for people to relax physically and mentally, and to regain energy. The design team focuses on the quality and quantity of design, drawing valuable nutrients from past experiences, and displaying design not merely as the conveyance of aesthetics but as a reflection of lifestyle attitudes.

This project encompasses an 80 ping, 4-bedroom, 2-living room new house space. Based on the owner's lifestyle habits, a smooth flow of living is created, space layouts are properly delineated, maximizing the utilization efficiency. In terms of design, large windows are used to bring in natural light, creating a visually bright and well-ventilated environment, while incorporating a pure Japanese tone. The perfect combination of design techniques and materials shapes a comfortable and pleasant living atmosphere, enhancing the quality of the living environment and showcasing a simple yet fresh taste in life.

In terms of space design, traditional forms are broken; a bar coffee area is planned in the living room, and the connection between the daybed and the sofa area can be adjusted according to usage needs, showcasing a casual and diverse lifestyle. This allows the richness of life to be enjoyed in every moment of lazy time, within the brightness and comfort.

Regarding special material selections, the TV wall is laid with mineral paint, and the rounded shape outlines a flowing water ripple texture, giving the space a calm and complete atmosphere. At the same time, the natural and simple patterns showcase the tranquility and purity of the Japanese style, allowing a return to the essence of life.

Additionally, in the living room and dining kitchen area, the design team pursues the perfection of details. A small ice pillar glass sliding door is used below the beam to separate the space. Through professional techniques and design methods, the effect of a wooden grain grid is presented, resonating with the open wooden book wall, creating a warm natural feeling while solving the oppressive feeling brought by the beam and effectively blocking smoke.

The design team returns the space to the essence of living, emphasizing bright lighting and a warm living atmosphere, creating a functional and high-quality living environment, allowing the space to reflect the unique lifestyle of the family and enhance the beauty of daily life infused with a Japanese atmosphere, cherishing these hard-earned wonderful moments.
