After in-depth communication of needs, the designer clearly understood the owner's expectations, including storage space, a semi-open kitchen, and an island, allowing the whole family to enjoy food and wine together. The designer optimized the layout, using diverse materials, curves, lighting planning, and display storage design methods; it not only met the preferences of family members but also became a place for creating beautiful memories.
The entrance is adorned with ink-splash landscape polished quartz tiles, surrounding the dust area, paired with beige walls and natural wood textures, presenting a modern and stable atmosphere. The cabinet hides a walk-in storage room for large items. The end of the corridor features an exquisite focal wall, making you feel the owner's artistic taste as soon as you enter.
The spacious living room connects the island and dining area, offering an open view in the public space, which is decorated in soft tones. Daylight softly permeates the room through sheer curtains, creating a bright and warm elegant ambiance. The TV wall features large warm gray stone textures—minimal yet stylish. The island and dining table form a U-shaped flow; the island combines luxury aesthetics and functionality, allowing the family to dine and interact, suitable for light snacks and drinks. The dining cabinet is designed as a display cabinet, accented with lighting, making it resemble a boutique showcase, highlighting a sophisticated collection of wines.
The curved glass sliding door divides the semi-open kitchen. The owner's brother, a professional chef, specifically chose a stainless steel countertop and black cabinets, showcasing a clean and sharp style.
The master bedroom is designed with earth tones to create a relaxing atmosphere. Wooden beams wrap around the pillars, and the ceiling extends to the walls, blurring the presence of the beams, while cleverly utilizing the awkward space to design a hidden vanity, adding practicality.
