Synology Technology and Toshiba Taiwan signed a cooperation memorandum to deepen their long-term strategic partnership. Over the past few years, the two companies have actively engaged in strategic collaboration, working hand in hand to drive market expansion and promote technological development to enhance the system stability and performance of enterprise storage environments.

Through this Memorandum of Understanding, both parties reaffirm their commitment to long-term cooperation and establish a structured framework for intellectual property management. The General Manager of sales and marketing for Toshiba Electronic Components and Storage Devices stated, "Synology is one of Toshiba’s most important and long-standing partners in the Asia-Pacific region. Through our collaboration, we are able to combine our respective expertise to create greater value for our customers."

The memorandum of understanding will take effect on March 18, 2025.
