- After the first trial's verdict, during the appeal period, the prosecution also combined the case regarding his violation of the Personal Data Protection Act.

- A victim's lawyer attended the court hearing, claiming that several victims could not afford legal representation, and if Huang Zitao is willing to settle, he should establish a foundation to give back to society.
The judge announced at the end of the session that the case would continue on May 14. Furthermore, a woman outside the courthouse held a sign expressing her accusations against Huang Zitao, stating that his actions continue to promote the existence of inappropriate industries and that he should not return to the entertainment industry.
According to the information from the first trial at the Taipei District Court, Huang Zitao registered as a member of a certain forum starting in February of the 103rd year of the Republic, driven by personal desires, purchasing child and youth sexual images in quantities as high as 2,259, involving 35 individuals aged between 10 and 17. The court found that Huang Zitao's actions contributed to the supply and demand relationship, and due to his lack of prior criminal record, he admitted to his crimes after the incident; however, he later retracted his confession during subsequent hearings, indicating a lack of remorse. Therefore, he was sentenced to 8 months in prison and fined 100,000 Taiwan dollars.
This case has been appealed and is under review by the High Court.
