During the consecutive holidays of Children's Day and Tomb-Sweeping Day, some parking lots will suspend charging fees.
讀後心得
During the Children's Day and Qingming Festival holidays (from April 3 to April 6), truck loading and unloading as well as limited-time parking in Taipei City will not be affected and will still be regulated according to on-site instructions. Roadside parking spaces in major tourist areas will continue to charge fees, while other roadside parking spaces will temporarily suspend fees. The public should carefully read on-site notices to avoid illegal parking. The Parking Management Office reminds citizens to pay their parking fees in a timely manner and provides ways to query payment notifications. Additionally, in response to the Higher Education Expo from March 28 to 29, traffic control will be implemented on Civic Boulevard and New Ren'ai Road, affecting 28 bus routes. The Dai Fude Temple celebration activities in Wanhua District will also implement traffic control from March 29 to 31, with related buses diverting their routes and some stops being canceled.

During the consecutive holiday for Children's Day and Qingming Festival (April 3 to April 6, 2025), the loading and unloading spaces for trucks and time-limited parking spaces in the city will operate based on the existing regulations and will not change due to the national holiday. To maintain parking order around tourist attractions and business districts, street parking spaces near the Ximen business district, Guanghua business district, Miramar business district, Taipei Zoo in Muzha, and Shilin tourist attractions will continue to charge fees according to Sunday rates on a daily basis. Additionally, the multi-story, underground, elevated parking, and off-street surface parking lots managed by the Parking Management Engineering Office (including contracted surface parking lots) will also maintain normal charging rates. Other street parking spaces will pause charging fees, and the public can verify whether a segment of the street is under Sunday charging by checking the posted fee signs on-site. The Parking Management Office reminds the public to carefully read the control information on-site when using street parking spaces to avoid fines for illegal parking. Furthermore, when citizens receive parking fee notices, they must complete payments within the payment deadline. If they do not see the payment notice upon leaving, they can contact the Parking Management Office service desk during office hours or visit the Parking Management Office website to check payment details to avoid overdue payments.

In addition, in response to the "2025 Taipei High School and Vocational School Admission Pathways Expo" on March 28-29, 2025, sections of City Hall Road and Xin Ren'ai Road will undergo phased traffic control from 8 PM on March 28 to midnight on March 29 (specific circumstances will be adjusted based on on-site traffic management). The bus routes traveling on City Hall Road will be adjusted according to the detour arrangements, affecting a total of 28 bus routes and canceling 4 bus stops. For specific detour details, please refer to the attachment, and we advise the public to wait at nearby bus stops or existing stops along the detour routes.

Regarding the "Dai Fuben Temple Celebration Activities," the scope of traffic control includes the section of Huanhe South Road in Wanhua District, from Guangzhou Street to Heping West Road (north to south direction) to the northwestern corner of the intersection of Huanhe South Road and Heping West Road (curved section next to Huajiang Zhengzhai), with control time from 10 PM on March 29 to 2 AM on March 31, 2025 (adjusted by traffic management personnel based on on-site conditions). Bus route 18 will be adjusted according to the detour table, and bus stops at "Wanhua Police Station" (westbound) and "Longshan Elementary School" (southbound) will be canceled.
