Eligible women can receive up to NT$30,000 in rewards after participating in training, and can apply for an additional NT$30,000 re-employment incentive after maintaining stable employment for 90 days. Additionally, employers who make flexible adjustments to work hours can also receive work hour adjustment subsidies. The application deadline is June 3. Women interested in returning to the workforce can contact their local Workforce Development Agency for more details.

Many women leave the workforce due to marriage, childbirth, or family responsibilities. To assist these women in successfully returning to work, the Ministry of Labor has promoted the "Women's Re-Employment Program." This program is designed specifically for women who have been out of the labor market for over 180 days due to family reasons and offers one-on-one services from public employment service agencies, including employment counseling and workplace adaptation courses.
- Women's Self-Training Incentives: This incentive aims to encourage women to participate in vocational training, enhance their professional skills, and those who complete the course and gain employment can receive a reward of up to 30,000 NT dollars.
- Women's Re-Employment Incentives: Applicable to women who are recommended by public employment service agencies and have continued employment for 90 days, they can also apply for a reward of up to 30,000 NT dollars.
- Employer Work Hour Adjustment Incentives: This program encourages employers to flexibly adjust the work hours of female employees, allowing them to successfully engage in the workplace while balancing family responsibilities. If an employer hires a recommended woman for one month, they can apply for a "Work Hour Adjustment Subsidy" of 3,000 NT dollars per month, for a maximum of 12 months, totaling up to 36,000 NT dollars.
