Startups or non-profit organizations often face challenges due to insufficient manpower, and the subsidized internship guidance fees can effectively cultivate future talent. The flat organizational structure of such organizations also allows youth to quickly accumulate professional skills and practical experience, achieving a win-win situation.

The Youth Development Office indicated that any company established in Taipei City for less than eight years and non-profit organizations offering internship positions may apply for this subsidy program. Applicants must ensure that each intern works more than 64 hours per month and provides corresponding salaries and labor insurance protections. This program offers up to NT$6,000 in subsidies per intern per year for enterprises or organizations. If the intern is a recent graduate from a college or university during the current year, the subsidy amount can be increased to NT$12,000 per month, with subsidies available for up to six months. Each internship unit can apply for a maximum subsidy of NT$150,000.

Additionally, the Youth Development Office has set up an "Internship Matching Zone" on the "Taipei Youth Career Development Platform," where approved internship units can post job vacancies. Young people can also search for internship opportunities and submit their resumes.
