The Ministry of Labor is promoting the "Women's Re-employment Program," aimed at helping women who have left the workforce due to family reasons return to their jobs. The program offers a reward of up to 30,000 TWD per person and subsidies for employers adjusting work hours. It targets women who have been out of work for more than 180 days and provides dedicated assistance, vocational training, and job matching services. The program includes "Women's Autonomous Training Rewards," "Women's Re-employment Rewards," and "Employer Work Hour Adjustment Rewards" to encourage women to enhance their skills and stabilize their employment, with the goal of helping 140,000 people return to the workforce.

The Ministry of Labor is fully promoting the "Women's Reemployment Program," designed specifically for women who have left their jobs due to family reasons, offering a maximum reward of 30,000 yuan and adjustments to employer working hours as subsidies. It is reported that the Ministry of Labor plans to update the program content in July, expecting to add more benefits, aiming to help 140,000 women return to the workforce.

The Ministry of Labor stated that many women have to interrupt their careers due to marriage, childbirth, or family care. To assist these women, known as "family warriors," in returning to the workforce, this program has been specially launched, providing personalized assistance through public employment service agencies for women who have been out of the workforce for more than 180 days, covering the entire process from consultation and courses to employment matching.

• This program mainly targets women who have left the labor market for more than 180 days due to family reasons, offering the following three measures:
• Women’s Autonomy Training Reward
• Women’s Reemployment Reward
• Employer Working Hours Adjustment Reward
• The "Women’s Autonomy Training Reward" aims to encourage participation in vocational training and enhancement of professional skills, with a maximum reward of 30,000 yuan awarded upon completion of the course and successful employment;
• The "Reemployment Reward" is available for women who are referred by employment service agencies and maintain stable employment for 90 days, and they can also apply for a maximum reward of 30,000 yuan.
