Each participant can receive a maximum reward of 30,000 NT dollars, along with subsidies for employers who adjust working hours. The program is expected to be updated in July, with the goal of helping 140,000 individuals reenter employment. This initiative specifically targets women who have been unemployed for more than 180 days, offering personalized assistance through a "one-stop service," which includes job training, courses, and employment matching services. The program features "Women's Autonomous Training Rewards," "Women's Reemployment Rewards," and "Employer Working Hour Adjustment Rewards," aimed at encouraging women to return to their jobs.

The Ministry of Labor is fully promoting the "Women's Reemployment Program," specifically designed for women who have left the workforce due to family reasons. Participants can receive a reward of up to 30,000 NTD and subsidies for employers to adjust working hours. Currently, there are reports indicating that the Ministry of Labor plans to update the program's content in July, expecting to add additional support measures aimed at helping 140,000 people return to the job market.

The Ministry of Labor stated that many women have to temporarily leave the workforce due to marriage, childbirth, and family care. To assist these "family warriors" in returning to work, the "Women's Reemployment Program" was specially launched. This program targets women who have left the workforce for more than 180 days and provides dedicated assistance through public employment service agencies, covering everything from consultation and courses to job placement.

According to the "Women's Reemployment Program," it mainly targets women who have exited the labor market for over 180 days due to family reasons, providing three measures: "Women’s Autonomous Training Reward," "Women’s Reemployment Reward," and "Employer Working Hour Adjustment Reward" to encourage and support their return to the workplace.

• Women’s Autonomous Training Reward: Aimed at encouraging women to participate in vocational training and enhance their professional skills; those who complete the course and successfully find employment can receive up to 30,000 NTD.
• Reemployment Reward: For women who are recommended by employment service agencies and maintain stable employment for 90 days, they can also apply for a reward of up to 30,000 NTD.
