The Tamsui Wisteria Cafe Garden, located in Tamsui, is the largest wisteria flower viewing spot in Taiwan, with over a thousand wisteria plants and two garden areas. The peak blooming period will reach its zenith in late March and early April. The unique purple flower cascade flows down, while the ground is covered in a layer of light purple flower petal carpet, making you feel like a flower fairy as you stroll through. This year, in celebration of its 20th anniversary, there is a special collaboration with a popular anime featuring ten characters surrounded by wisteria. Visitors can enjoy the fun of taking pictures with the characters, and those who check in during the flower season will receive a limited-edition postcard. The Shuiwan Restaurant - Yongti Branch features an elegant villa style located by the Tamsui River, built with thatched roofs and wooden tiles, offering Southeast Asian dishes. It is especially famous for its "Dirty Duck" meal from Bali. After dining, guests can relax on comfortable loungers and enjoy the beautiful views of the Tamsui River, reminiscent of a vacation in Bali.

Huwei Fort was built in 1886 by the then Governor of Taiwan and is located on a high ground in the Wuhugang area of Tamsui. It offers a quiet place for walking and a distant view of the Tamsui River and Guandu Bridge.

Transport Information: Take the Red 26 bus from MRT Tamsui Station to "Huwei Fort (Martyrs’ Shrine, Sports Field) Station," then walk about 5 minutes.

The Tamsui Japanese Police Dormitory was built during the Japanese occupation and, after restoration, is open for free visits. Its blend of Western and Japanese architectural styles is unique and has become a popular photo spot.
