Fujiyama Tenman is located in Taipei and is a creative ramen shop. Although it is not a Japanese brand, the broth is rich and worth a try. The special beef tongue and abalone ramen have attracted many ramen enthusiasts. The interior design is reminiscent of a shrine, and it is conveniently located near the Daqiaotou MRT station. The menu offers a variety of ramen options, including beef series, and both noodles and broth can be adjusted. The soy sauce char siu ramen is the cheapest option and is generously portioned. Unlike traditional flavors, Fujiyama Tenman is perfect for those who love innovative tastes.

There are countless ramen shops in Taipei, ranging from Japanese-style ramen introduced from Japan to affordable Taiwanese ramen. Although 富山天滿 is not a branch of a Japanese brand, its unique craftsmanship spirit and rich broth are on par with Japanese ramen. Here, innovative elements are incorporated, such as using fruits to prepare the soup base, and offering rare choices like beef tongue ramen and abalone ramen, making it very suitable for friends who enjoy creative ramen to try.

富山天滿 is only about 600 meters away from the MRT Daqiaotou Station, making transportation quite convenient. If you are driving, you can park your vehicle at the paid parking lot at the intersection of 延平北路 and 民族西路, although the fees are relatively high. The exterior of the shop resembles a shrine, exuding a strong Japanese atmosphere.

The interior mainly consists of individual seating, and there are no traditional square tables.

The ramen selection at 富山天滿 is not extensive, but there are around six options to choose from, among which the beef series ramen such as beef tongue and oxtail are particularly attractive. The firmness of the noodles and the richness of the broth can be adjusted freely.

The soy sauce chashu ramen is the most cost-effective choice here, priced at only 210 TWD, with a substantial portion that will fill you up without needing to order extra noodles.

The soy sauce broth has a salty aroma and does not feel greasy when served hot; after slightly cooling down, the saltiness becomes more obvious. The thickness of the chashu is moderate, with a chewy texture, but slightly undercooked, making it suitable for friends who enjoy thick slices of chashu.

The most expensive option is the soy sauce abalone ramen, with excellent quality abalone that is very elastic, becoming the highlight of the entire bowl of ramen.

If you don't want to eat soy sauce ramen, consider the rich shrimp spicy miso chashu ramen, where the strong shrimp flavor combined with the salty and spicy miso may be challenging for those who do not eat spicy food.

For beef lovers, you can choose the cypress wood smoked beef tongue ramen or oxtail ramen, both of which are quite distinctive. Continuing the creativity, the soft-boiled egg is even dyed with dragon fruit, creating a colorful look, and the textures of both the egg white and yolk are very refined.

Each bowl of beef tongue ramen contains about five slices of beef tongue, with a soft texture and a slightly less pronounced smoky flavor.

The noodles are relatively thick, providing a good chewing texture that can absorb the soup well. Fruits like citrus and guava are added to the broth, reducing the greasiness of the ramen.

As a creatively rich ramen shop, 富山天滿 satisfies in both portion and flavor, highly recommended for food enthusiasts who love to explore different flavors of ramen. However, if you prefer traditional classic flavors, perhaps the ramen here may not be to your taste.
