They offer individual and group sets, with the sets typically suitable for 8-10 people, including a pot of free white rice and chicken oil (for mixing with rice). Today we ordered the Group Set B for NT$2700, which had a rich variety of dishes and unique flavors that left us feeling completely satisfied.

Signature Crispy Wengzi Chicken

The most interesting part of tasting Wengzi chicken is the moment of shredding the chicken, a task handled by my husband. The roasted chicken at Fanzi Tian Wengzi Chicken is cooked in clay pots with controlled temperature to ensure that the juices are completely locked inside the meat, providing unexpected bursts of juice when shredding. With the savory chicken juice locked in, the chicken breast here is completely moist and juicy, while the thigh meat is fragrant and tender with a thin, crispy skin, which tastes amazing even with just a light dip in pepper salt.

Crispy Fried Yam Rolls

The outer layer is crispy with a sweet inner yam filling. At first, I didn't closely look at the menu and thought it was purple sweet potato, but I was surprised to find out it was yam, which can be sweet as well.

Crispy Fried Soft Tofu

Served hot, be careful not to burn your mouth; the outer layer is crispy, and the inside is soft. Lightly dip it in the special garlic soy sauce for enhanced flavor, which kids particularly enjoy.

Pork Skin

This small dish was complimentary from the restaurant, and it was very flavorful, with a delightful chewy texture.

Seasonal Stir-fried Vegetables

A fresh and rich mix of seasonal vegetables, combining their original sweetness for a crunchy texture, with a slight spiciness that gently releases the aroma of red chili.

Celery Shark Meat

The shark meat is chewy, and the portion provided is very generous, definitely enough for 10 people to enjoy.

Chicken Juice Stir-fried Bamboo Shoots

The bamboo shoots are crunchy and delicious, paired with a slight chicken juice aroma that adds layers of flavor to the dish.

Crispy Fried Green Beans

The green beans are crispy on the outside and refreshing on the inside, non-greasy and can be eaten directly, allowing you to fully appreciate the unique aroma of green beans, which can also be enhanced with a light dip in pepper salt.

Mushroom Chicken Soup

The soup is refreshing and sweet, not greasy, and the chicken meat is tender.
