Wandan is best known for its red beans, and aside from red bean cakes, this Ajibei sixty-year-old ice shop is also a must-try delicacy. Although this shop is tucked away in the market, locals have heard of it, and almost everyone who comes to Wandan will taste a bowl of Shao Leng Bing.

Ajibei's most popular item is Shao Leng Bing, ranked number one in popularity. It can be enjoyed any time of the year, whether summer or winter, and especially during summer, the limited-time star products are in higher demand, while other cold and hot items can be tasted almost at any time.

Shao Leng Bing compresses the shaved ice tightly, forming a bowl shape that looks quite appealing.
