I have traveled to Thailand several times, but this was my first time participating in the Songkran Festival, and I was surprised by its excitement and fun. Despite the hot weather and being soaked all over, the atmosphere was incredibly lively as people engaged in water gun battles, allowing me to feel the joy of childlike innocence. For those who have not participated, I recommend taking the opportunity to experience this special event. To fully experience it, I plan to take a 28-day trip from April 2024 to May 2024, covering Bangkok, Phuket, and Koh Samui, with a total cost of around 20,000 Taiwan dollars. Furthermore, the Songkran Festival in 2025 is expected to take place from April 12 to 16, with main activity locations including Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Phuket. During the event, participants should bring water guns, goggles, flip-flops, and pay attention to related taboos and transportation suggestions. Although I have been to Thailand over thirty times, this was my first time participating in the Songkran Festival, and the experience was incredibly shocking and fun. Despite the hot weather and being drenched, with thousands of people playing with water, shooting each other with water guns, the joyful atmosphere was immensely vibrant. For friends who have not attended, I strongly recommend that you come to Thailand during this period to experience this unique activity. To fully enjoy the Songkran Festival, I plan to travel freely in Bangkok, Phuket, and Koh Samui for 28 days from April to May 2024, with an estimated cost of over 20,000 New Taiwan Dollars (including food, accommodation, and transportation). This time I have also booked round-trip tickets to Bangkok and a ticket to Tokyo, so the total cost of this trip's airfare is about 17,000 New Taiwan Dollars, which is 40% to 50% cheaper compared to traditional airlines. In addition, during this 28-day free trip, I plan to visit major attractions in Thailand and will use many money-saving tips.
