An incident involving a person falling onto the tracks occurred at Fuzhong Station. According to reports, an accident occurred on the Taipei Metro's Bannan Line this evening (5th). A female passenger climbed over the platform doors onto the tracks at 6:53 PM on the platform heading towards Dingpu and was tragically struck by an incoming train. After the incident, the stationmaster immediately went down to the tracks to assist, and the metro company promptly notified ambulances and metro police to arrive at the scene for rescue, while firefighters brought stretchers to assist in bringing the individual back to the station.
