Recently, Nagase Ren, a member of the Japanese boy group King & Prince, held two fan meetings in Taiwan. He revealed that he has appearance anxiety, is not skilled in cooking, and doesn't even know how to fry an egg, but he has recently learned how to fry dumplings. He expressed surprise at the enthusiastic response from fans and hoped to hold a concert in Taiwan as a group in the future. Nagase Ren also mentioned that he feels fresh about Taiwanese culture and environment and looks forward to exploring night markets and buying local souvenirs.

Ren Nagase, a member of the Japanese boy band King & Prince, recently held two fan meetings in Taiwan, where he shared about his life off stage. He mentioned that he also experiences body image anxiety in private and admitted to being clueless about cooking, even stating that he cannot fry an egg, which made the media present laugh out loud. He recalled that he won the title of "National Treasure Handsome Guy" in a women's fashion magazine poll in 2020; however, he stated that he is not unfamiliar with such compliments and confidently discussed the advantages of his nose and features. Nevertheless, he still has doubts about his appearance and has recently become concerned about having uneven eyes.

In the drama "It's Hard to Love a Rich Young Man," where Ren Nagase plays a socially inept heir, he revealed that he is also not good at cooking in real life and often ends up making some "dark culinary creations." However, he has recently taken on a dumpling endorsement and mentioned that he has learned to fry dumplings, which he is satisfied with.

Ren Nagase, visiting Taiwan for the first time, expressed that everything here feels new to him, whether on the streets or in cars, he encounters many things he has never seen before, such as the scooters on the streets and various Chinese character signs. He also admitted that he felt the enthusiasm of the fans during the meet-and-greet, which excited him even more, making him want to have fun with the fans.

He hopes to hold a concert in Taiwan as King & Prince rather than having fans fly to Japan to see their performances, looking forward to the opportunity to meet everyone in Taiwan. Additionally, he mentioned wanting to explore night markets and hopes to have more opportunities to explore in the future, considering bringing souvenirs back for the fans.

Finally, he expressed gratitude for the enthusiastic reactions on social media regarding his participation in the New Year's Eve special program "Kohaku Uta Gassen." Ren Nagase anticipates the day when he can come to Taiwan for a concert with the members of King & Prince and meet the fans directly.
