He humorously teased his friend Jo In-sung about his long tongue, suggesting that the latter's acting needs adjustment. Kim Nam-gil shared his experience of walking around Taiwan, mentioning that although many shops were closed, he had enjoyed beef noodle soup. During the meeting, he kindly helped his colleagues and claimed he spoke the least among the four, generously commenting on Jo In-sung's ability to handle the event. His recent Korean drama "Evil Relationship" has been released on Netflix, and he expressed his desire to talk more about his work during the fan meeting.

Recently, South Korean star Kim Nam-gil held a fan meeting in Taiwan and participated in a media interview. Upon learning that he was voted as the "Most Affable Korean Star Visiting Taiwan" two years ago, he excitedly stood up and even waved his arms in cheer. When he mentioned his friend Zhu Zhi-hun, he couldn't help but burst out laughing and started poking fun, even pointing out that Zhu Zhi-hun sometimes gives an overly forceful impression in his acting.

During a break, Kim Nam-gil chose to go for a walk. Although he didn't have an umbrella at the time, he described the moment as a small joy. Even though many shops were closed, he had tasted beef noodles. Reflecting on his last visit to Taiwan, he noted that it was during the Ghost Month, and he learned the habit of knocking on doors before entering. He even followed this practice upon returning to Korea, so he specifically checked if it was still Ghost Month before coming to Taiwan this time.

Upon hearing that he was named "Most Affable Korean Star Visiting Taiwan in 2023," he joyfully shouted "YA" and joked, "Am I a Korean Wave star?" Kim Nam-gil humbly stated that he doesn't consider himself particularly friendly; he simply treats everyone the same due to his nature.

At one point, seeing the media take their seats, he proactively asked the staff to bring a chair to place his phone for recording, showcasing exactly why he earned this title. During a fan meeting in Japan, he admitted that the Korean team requested to manage the timing. He was curious about the impression he left as someone who talks a lot and laughed heartily when the media nodded in agreement. He revealed that compared to his manager, his parents impart lessons more frequently. Although those around him often find him talkative, he believes he’s actually quite moderate.

He suddenly asked the reporters, "Are you wearing rain boots because it’s raining?" which elicited laughter from the audience. When asked who among Ha Jung-woo, Zhu Zhi-hun, Kim Nam-gil, and JIN talks the most, Kim Nam-gil felt wronged, noting that among the four, he actually speaks the least and focuses on responding. He specifically mentioned that Zhu Zhi-hun talks without regard for time, while he can discern the need for situational appropriateness, and he gives Zhu Zhi-hun some acting advice, although the latter often doesn’t listen, leading him to joke that if Zhu Zhi-hun were beside him, he would definitely rebut him.

When the media expressed concern that he might lose control, they asked if they could include this in their report, to which Kim Nam-gil replied, "Don’t write about Zhu Zhi-hun; otherwise, he’ll mistakenly think he’s very popular. Why would he hold a fan meeting?" He also mentioned that the Korean drama "Evil Relationship," in which he made a guest appearance, is now streaming on Netflix and stated that he agreed to appear because he was an acquaintance of the director and producer, resulting in more scenes than he anticipated.

Kim Nam-gil praised Shin Min-a for her vitality, highlighting the transformative qualities of her role and how stunning her performance was. Park Hae-soo has also matured greatly, especially after filming "Squid Game," where his foundational skills have solidified. He previously sang DAY6's "You Were Beautiful" during a fan meeting in Seoul, based on the staff's suggestion, hoping to connect with the younger fans. Regarding the upcoming Taipei event, he looks forward to discussing more about himself and his works, trying not to be limited by time.
