The Pingtung County government invited President Lai Ching-te to record a video to interact with music fans, but during the event, the video was unfortunately blurred, causing regret for County Mayor Zhou Chun-mi. He urged the KMT members to stop spreading rumors to shift the focus and emphasized the importance of music. The event has revitalized Kenting as a music haven for young people and boosted the recovery of the tourism industry, uplifting local businesses. Zhou Chun-mi stated that "At least we still have music" is the core spirit of the event.

Zhou Chunmi emphasized that “at least we still have music” is the brand spirit of the Taiwan Festival, and this concept has been recognized by young listeners over the past five years. The towel merchandise on the first day of the event was sold out instantly, indicating the rare music atmosphere in Taiwan, which also helps to promote local tourism and should receive support from everyone, calling on all sectors to respect music and local development and avoid blurring the focus.
