It was reported that a missile struck a residential area, causing a fire, and subsequent drone attacks resulted in 1 death. The Russian side stated that the purpose of the attack was to precisely target a meeting of officers and Western instructors inside a restaurant, claiming to have inflicted significant losses on the enemy.

Ukrainian officials stated that the Russian army recently attacked the city of Kliforov in central Ukraine, resulting in at least 19 deaths, including 9 children. However, Moscow claimed that the target of the attack was military personnel.

Reports indicate that the Ukrainian military condemned this statement, calling it misinformation. The governor of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast in Ukraine mentioned on the messaging app Telegram that in the initial attack, a missile struck a residential area, causing 18 fatalities and igniting a fire.

The military and political leader of Kliforov stated that a subsequent drone strike again hit a residential building, resulting in one additional death. Photos posted online showed the body of the deceased lying on the sidewalk, with thick smoke rising into the sky.

On the other hand, the Russian Ministry of Defense posted on Telegram, stating that the so-called "precision strike" targeted a meeting of "troop commanders and Western instructors" in a restaurant. The Russian side also noted that the airstrike resulted in enemy losses of up to 85 soldiers and as many as 20 vehicles.
