The Bannan Line at Fuchung Station of the Taipei Metro experienced an accident on the 5th when a female passenger entered the tracks at 18:53 and was struck by a train. The incident prompted the station manager to respond, and the traffic control center has notified ambulances and metro police. Currently, the Bannan Line is operating in a single-track bidirectional manner between Yadong Hospital Station and Jiangzicui Station, with intervals of approximately 16 minutes, and bus connections between Haishan Station and Longshan Temple Station have been initiated. Passengers in urgent need of travel are advised to use other transportation options.

The Bannan line of the Taipei Metro had an incident of a derailment at Fuzhong Station on the 5th. On that evening at 18:53, a female passenger climbed over the platform doors on the platform heading towards Dingpu and entered the tracks, where she was struck by an incoming train. Currently, the station master is on the tracks handling the incident, and the control center has notified ambulances and the Metro police; the detailed cause of the accident is still under further investigation.

At present, the Bannan line is operating on a single track in both directions between Yadong Hospital Station and Jiangzicui Station, with a train interval of about 16 minutes. In addition, a bus shuttle service between Haishan Station and Longshan Temple Station has been initiated. Passengers with urgent matters are advised to take other transportation or use other transfer stations.

The average train interval between Dingpu Station and Jiangzicui Station is about 16 minutes.
