A motorcycle rider in Kaohsiung was not only uncooperative during a police check but also verbally abused the officers and attempted to grab a pair of handcuffs, resulting in a violent struggle with the police. Ultimately, additional police forces arrived at the scene and subdued the man for arrest. The incident occurred in the Fengshan District, where the rider was stopped by police for dangerous driving. Due to his dissatisfaction, he refused to cooperate and was charged with obstructing public duty and insulting a public servant.
