For friends who want to stay home and binge-watch during the long holiday, besides "The Best Is Yet to Come," "The Chaos of Youth," and the anime "Solo Leveling," there are two Taiwanese dramas and one Japanese drama worth watching! First is the Taiwanese drama "The Outsider Doctor," starring Lian Bingfa and others. It reveals medical crimes and social issues, telling the story of a Vietnamese doctor who illegally practices medicine to escape his predicament. Next is "The Black Tide Island Under the Starry Sky," set against the backdrop of the White Terror period in the 1950s, focusing on the rescue efforts of doctors in extreme circumstances. The Japanese drama "Mr. Goyam" stars Matsuzaka Tori and explores the challenges and reforms in the Japanese education system, telling the story of a demoted official who pushes for educational reform.

If you don't want to go out and squeeze with people during the holidays and prefer to binge-watch at home, besides "Meet You in the Bitter Sweet", "Chaos Youth", and the animated series "I Alone Level Up", there are actually two Taiwanese dramas and one Japanese drama worth your watch!

"The Outlaw Doctor" stars 張鈞甯, 連炳發, 楊一展, and explores medical crimes and social issues in depth. The story follows Vietnamese doctor 范文寧 (played by 連炳發) who goes into hiding on the streets to assist illegal migrant workers in providing medical care to pay off his mother's high medical bills in Taiwan. After a gas explosion incident, 范文寧 treats the injured but is accused of practicing medicine illegally, becoming a wanted fugitive. The plot touches on issues such as medical disputes, illegal migrant workers, and human trafficking, showcasing the plight of migrant workers, with actors from Taiwan, Malaysia, and Vietnam.

"The Black Tide Island Under the Stars" is set in the White Terror period of Taiwan in the 1950s and tells the story of a group of political victims imprisoned on Green Island, particularly focusing on doctors and how they utilize their expertise to help others in extreme conditions. The series realistically recreates scenes from the "Green Island New Life Training Center," with main actors including 王識賢 and 黃河.

The Korean drama "Meet You in the Bitter Sweet" is set in 1950s Jeju Island and tells the touching story between the brave and rebellious 吳愛純 (played by IU) and the kind and hardworking 梁寬植 (played by 朴寶劍). The plot explores issues such as gender equality, mother-in-law and daughter-in-law relationships, and deep maternal bonds, resonating with the audience.

The Japanese drama "The Teacher" stars 松坂桃李 and delves into problems within the Japanese education system, revealing the contradictions between the bureaucratic system and the educational field. The storyline depicts 御上孝 (played by 松坂桃李) being transferred to a private high school and his efforts to reform Japanese education as he struggles alongside a group of 18-year-old students.

The British miniseries "Chaos Youth" revolves around a 13-year-old boy, 傑米米勒 (played by 歐文庫珀), who is arrested for allegedly murdering a female student from his school. The plot explores the complex issues faced by adolescents in the internet age, including family education, school systems, and peer bullying. The series is filmed in a "single shot" style, creating a tense and realistic atmosphere.
