President Trump recently fired members of the National Security Council after meeting with far-right conspiracy theorist Laura Loomer. Following that, National Security Agency Director Paul Nakasone and Deputy Director Michael Noblitt were also dismissed. Loomer accused them on social media of being "disloyal" to Trump and referred to them as "Biden holdovers." The reason for Nakasone's firing is unclear, but reports suggest it may be related to Trump's desire to replace the leadership at the NSA and Cyber Command. Nakasone has received bipartisan support since taking office as NSA Director and is now expected to apply for retirement.

After President Trump met with key figures of right-wing conspiracy theories, recent news has emerged regarding the dismissal of members of the White House National Security Council. Following this, the Director of the National Security Agency and a four-star general of the Air Force were also dismissed, while the Deputy Director was reassigned to other units at the Pentagon. On social media, this person has accused these officials of being "disloyal" to Trump.

The Director of the National Security Agency is one of the most important positions in the U.S. national security system, responsible for overseeing the intelligence gathering of tens of thousands of military and civilian personnel and ensuring the security of national confidential information. Furthermore, most of the intelligence briefings received daily by the U.S. President are compiled by the National Security Agency.

According to reports, insiders revealed that the reasons for the dismissal of the Director of the National Security Agency remain unclear, while the Deputy Director was reassigned to a different position at the Pentagon. Relevant Democratic members have already confirmed the dismissal incident.

This person attributed the changes in the NSA to herself on social media, stating that these officials were "leftover personnel from the former president" and emphasized that their removal was due to disloyalty to Trump. She expressed gratitude to Trump for being willing to adopt her related intelligence.

The appointment of the NSA Director had received bipartisan support, and the White House's decision to dismiss officials may aim to separate the management of the NSA and Cyber Command, a concept that had been hinted at during Trump’s first term. Additionally, the current Director has only served in this position for just over a year, whereas previous officials had served in this role for a much longer time.

However, defense officials indicated that the Director may apply for retirement from the military within the next 60 days.
