To enhance the event's appeal, the county government invited President Lai Ching-te to be a mysterious guest and pre-recorded a short message expressing concern for young music fans, reminding them to stay hydrated and be safe. Zhou Chun-mi emphasized that "at least we still have music" is the core spirit of the Taiwan Festival, which has continuously resonated with young audiences over the past five years.
