Recently, a "Ghibli style" trend has emerged in the community, with many people using ChatGPT to generate whimsical images, sparking lively discussions. While viewing these images, I cannot help but reminisce about my late friends and family, allowing me to realize the brevity of life. Although AI can imitate the visual style of Ghibli, it cannot replicate the soul of creativity and the profound stories behind it. Creation stems from unique life experiences and should not merely pursue superficial similarities; instead, it should express the true voice within. Through automation and AI, I hope to assist those with soul in finding ways to express themselves, so that voices that have never been heard can be seen by the world. At its core, creation is an extension of life; only we can leave behind traces of our existence.

Recently, the community has sparked a trend of "Ghibli style," where everyone uploads photos to ChatGPT to generate images filled with whimsy and nostalgia. Social media is abuzz with excited discussions and expectations, as if these images lead us back to the carefree days of childhood. Sliding through those saturated-toned, warmly composed images stirs my emotions, reminding me of the colleagues I once worked with and my late mother, making me deeply feel the finiteness and preciousness of life.

These seemingly "reproducing" techniques awaken my thoughts on life. If in the future we can truly store human consciousness, will the lives that left with regrets still hold the same value as now? Will we still cherish every relationship and every creation? Perhaps it is because of those departed souls that I care even more about whether these works can genuinely recreate the profound emotions of my memories.

Although everyone praises these images as "very much like Miyazaki," upon closer observation, one must still ask: Can AI really replicate the soul of creation? Those images may possess the artistic style of Studio Ghibli but lack real stories and emotions. Looking at these images reminds me of the anticipation and wonder I felt the first time I watched "My Neighbor Totoro," and the struggle between humanity and nature in "Princess Mononoke." These deep themes and emotions are beyond what AI can convey.

I believe that the soul of creation comes from unique life experiences and perspectives. In today's rapidly changing society, the pace of algorithms and social media makes it easy for us to rush to conclusions, often neglecting the necessity of the understanding process. The value of creation should stem from those "unalienable" souls, not just superficial similarities.

For me, the meaning of creation is not in traffic and conversion rates, but in expressing a certain desire from within. Life is finite, and I strive to live without regrets, whether it's in entrepreneurship, writing articles for social media, or other observations in life. Some articles may not meet readers' expectations, but these are the records that I want to "leave behind before I die." Whenever someone tells me that my work has inspired action, I know that's the true essence of my creation.

Over the past few years, I have immersed myself in the study of automation and AI tools, not out of a desire to become a technical expert, but to help those with soul who cannot express themselves effectively. Through automation, I hope to create a system that helps creators transform their soul expressions, as I have emerged from a place where I struggled to communicate.

I am not afraid of advancements in AI; rather, I worry about the day when we no longer feel curious about the world and are no longer excited about creation. I fear that in the estrangement of interpersonal relationships, we will lose sincere expression and communication. AI may mimic styles, but it can never create the pain of failure, the tears shed, or that courage. Creation is an extension of life; what AI cannot replace is that trace of being alive and the unique stories that come with it.
