Cao Xingcheng stated that the current recall movement initiated by Taiwanese citizens is not aimed at helping the Democratic Progressive Party regain control of Congress, but rather hopes to promote cooperation between the blue and green factions to drive out communist forces. Cao Xingcheng urged Kuomintang members to be loyal to Taiwan and proposed three suggestions: renaming the party to "Taiwan Nationalist Party," eliminating party members who collaborate with the Chinese Communist Party, and abolishing constitutional clauses related to "one China," emphasizing that only by doing so can Taiwan's future be protected. He believes that the current practices of the Kuomintang betray Taiwan's interests and must be recalled.
Tsao Hsing-cheng stated that this referendum initiated by Taiwanese citizens is not aimed at helping the Democratic Progressive Party regain a majority in the legislature, but rather to promote cooperation between the blue and green factions and to drive out the Communist bandits in the movement to protect Taiwan. He urged members of the Kuomintang to remain loyal to Taiwan and to work hard to rectify the current situation.
- He believes that the "Kuomintang of China" should be renamed as "Taiwan Kuomintang," so that it qualifies to intervene in Taiwan's political affairs.
- He mentioned that the Chinese Communist Party amended the constitution in 2018, attempting to annex Taiwan legally, while CCP leader Xi Jinping emphasized the "1992 Consensus" in 2019, which actually demands that "one China, each side having its own interpretation" not be accepted.
- Regarding the legal and public opinion warfare of the CCP, Tsao Hsing-cheng pointed out that the Kuomintang did not resist, but instead sided with the CCP. Such a party betrays Taiwan's interests and should not continue to operate in Taiwan.
- He criticized the Democratic Progressive Party for having governance advantages but failing to prevent the Kuomintang from collaborating with the CCP, resulting in the Legislative Yuan becoming a base for CCP infiltration. The recent announcement by the president declaring China as a foreign hostile force is considered a remedy after the fact.
- In response to the referendum movement, the Kuomintang should complete its party purification and expel all legislators who violate anti-communist policies from the legislature.
- He emphasized the need to abolish the "One China" content in the constitution to prevent certain individuals from claiming to be "Chinese" as a way to rationalize betrayal against Taiwan.
- Tsao Hsing-cheng reiterated that this referendum movement is not for the Democratic Progressive Party but for Taiwan's future, and the blue and green factions should cooperate to resist the Communist bandits.
- He hopes that Kuomintang members can realize that if the CCP invades Taiwan, they will be seen as counter-revolutionaries and will face retribution.
