The homeowner, a woman with the surname Guo, sustained minor injuries and is not in life-threatening condition, but her dog tragically lost its life in the fire. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

According to fire department information, there was only one resident at the location, a woman born in 1951, who immediately fled the scene upon discovering the fire. The firefighters successfully extinguished the flames at 4:55 PM. The woman had minor burns (with blisters) on her forehead and right hand, was conscious, and after treatment posed no life-threatening risks; she later went to the hospital accompanied by her family. There were no other casualties at the scene, but her dog sadly could not escape.
