The two sides began fighting by the roadside, and the San Chong Police Station received reports and immediately dispatched personnel to the scene to control the situation.

One woman surnamed Ji (35 years old) sustained injuries and was bleeding from her nose during the conflict. When the police asked her about the incident, she angrily stated: "He defeated! He got me to lose and punched me first." Both parties indicated that they would file assault charges. The police brought Chen and his friend, Ji, a man surnamed Ma, and three minors -- a total of seven individuals -- to the police station for legal processing. The three minors' families were contacted to take them home.
