Kaohsiung police stopped a man on a motorcycle for questioning. Due to his lack of cooperation and abusive language towards the officers, he even attempted to snatch the handcuffs. Ultimately, he got into a conflict with the police, and the man was subdued by supporting police forces and taken back for investigation. He was arrested according to the law for obstructing public duty and insulting a public servant.

The Kaohsiung police conducted an inspection on a motorcyclist on the road, but he not only refused to cooperate but also verbally abused the officers. When the police prepared to handcuff him and take him back, the rider became agitated, snatched the handcuffs, and engaged in a fierce struggle with the officers. Eventually, he was subdued and taken back for investigation after additional police support arrived.

This incident occurred in the Qianzhen District of Kaohsiung. That afternoon, the man was riding a motorcycle with an unstable posture. Due to safety concerns, the police signaled him to pull over, but he accelerated and fled. After the police managed to stop him, he immediately caused a scene on the roadside.

The deputy captain of the Qianzhen precinct stated that due to the rider's refusal to cooperate with the inspection and his insults towards the police, the officers enforced compulsory measures in accordance with the law and arrested him with handcuffs. This dangerous driving incident ultimately led to the rider's arrest for obstructing official duties and insulting public servants.
