Later, his actions were discovered, and military police launched an investigation, ultimately determining that he violated relevant military laws.

According to legal provisions, if a soldier's duties are neglected due to sleep or intoxication while performing alert duties, and this leads to military disadvantages, it constitutes a crime, punishable by up to 5 years in prison. The court, considering various factors including the gentleman's lack of prior convictions, high educational background, and responsibility to support his mother, decided to impose a 2-year suspended sentence but required him to pay 30,000 TWD to the public treasury within 3 months.

This kind of misconduct should not be imitated; do not drive after drinking, minors should avoid alcohol, and excessive drinking is harmful to health.
