Kaohsiung police stopped a motorcycle rider for an inspection on the road. However, he not only refused to cooperate but also verbally abused the officers and snatched their handcuffs, resulting in a violent struggle with the police. Ultimately, support officers arrived at the scene to subdue and arrest him, charging him with obstructing public duties and insulting public officials. The incident occurred in the Fengshan District, where the rider lost control of his emotions after being stopped for dangerous driving.

• The Kaohsiung police encountered an uncooperative motorcyclist during a roadside inspection. Not only did he insult the police officers, but he also became emotional and attempted to grab the handcuffs when asked to be restrained, leading to a fierce struggle with the officers. Eventually, supporting police forces arrived at the scene and were able to control the man and take him back for investigation.

• The incident occurred in the Qianzhen District of Kaohsiung. On that afternoon, the man was riding his motorcycle with one hand, causing him to ride unsteadily. When the police signaled him to stop, he accelerated and tried to flee. The police ultimately intercepted the rider, but he caused a disturbance on the roadside.

• The deputy captain of the investigation team at Qianzhen Police Station stated, "The rider was unwilling to cooperate with the inspection and insulted the police; therefore, the police enforced mandatory measures and arrested him with handcuffs." This rider was arrested in accordance with the law for dangerous driving and obstructing public duty.
