The New Taipei City Fire Department reported tonight that at 6:55 PM, they received a transfer report from the Metro Control Center, indicating that a member of the public had possibly fallen onto the tracks at the Banqiao Fuzhong Metro Station. Personnel were dispatched to the scene to investigate and confirmed that one person had fallen onto the tracks and was exhibiting no breathing or heartbeat, classified as a surgical OHCA. Efforts are still ongoing to assist in the rescue.
