DPP Taipei City Councilor Hsu Shu-hua pointed out today (5th) that KMT legislator Hsu Qiao-hsin once brought her assistants and demanded that former People’s Party Chairman Ko Wen-je run for the 2020 presidential election, stating that she would fully support him. In addition, former People’s Party legislator Wu Hsin-ying originally planned to run for the Songshan-Xinyi district, but was dissuaded by Ko Wen-je out of concern that Hsu Qiao-hsin might not get elected. She also stated that if Ko Wen-je is released from detention, she is willing to confront Ko Wen-je and Hsu Shu-hua face to face.
