The Director of the Agricultural Bureau pointed out that Taoyuan has excellent geographical and climatic conditions, making it very suitable for the growth of tea trees, and it has a century-long history of tea development; Taoyuan International Airport is an important gateway connecting Taiwan to the international community. Through the "Taotea Salon" exhibition, themed around aviation, we hope more people will learn about the famous tea hometown in northern Taiwan—Taoyuan, where participants can taste fragrant Oriental Beauty Tea, rich and mellow Taoyuan Red Tea, Lala Mountain high mountain tea, Lufeng oolong tea, and Longquan tea.

Through the airport-themed curation concept, we planned interesting interactive experiences such as check-in and waiting areas, connecting six major themes to showcase the profound heritage and charm of Taoyuan's tea culture.

Director Chen stated that the Agricultural Bureau specifically chose the airport as the overall design concept for this exhibition, creating an immersive “tea journey.” The exhibition features scenes such as a check-in counter, customs, a baggage conveyor, a duty-free shop, and a waiting lounge, connecting six major thematic areas to showcase the history of Taoyuan's tea industry, the flavors of tea, and the unique charm and diverse development of cross-industry collaboration. Additionally, an interactive experience area is set up, allowing participants to explore the tea industry in an engaging way, aiming to promote Taoyuan's quality teas internationally.
