Taoyuan has a rich tea culture, especially notable for its specialty teas such as Oriental Beauty Tea, Taoying Black Tea, and Longquan Tea. The "Taotea Salon" exhibition organized by the Taoyuan City Agricultural Bureau, themed "Tea of the Nation, Gift of the Nation's Gate," combines airport elements and designs interactive experiences to showcase the charm of Taoyuan's tea culture. The exhibition was unveiled today at the Taipei Songshan Cultural and Creative Park and will run until April 13, with free admission. Attendees can enjoy tea tasting and a wide range of tea purchasing experiences, aiming to promote Taoyuan's high-quality tea.

Taoyuan boasts a rich tea culture, with its unique natural environment nurturing excellent beverages such as Oriental Beauty tea, Taoying black tea, and Longquan tea. The "Taotea Salon" exhibition, meticulously planned by the Taoyuan City Agricultural Bureau, is themed "The Tea of National Borders, The Gifts of National Gates." Through an airport-themed curatorial concept, it has planned fun interactive experiences and tea tasting exchanges in areas like Check-in and Departure Lounge, connecting six main themes to showcase the profound heritage and charm of Taoyuan's tea culture. This exhibition was unveiled at the Taipei Songshan Cultural and Creative Park and will continue until April 13.

The Agricultural Bureau Chief stated that Taoyuan's unique geographical location and climate conditions are very suitable for the growth of tea trees, having a century-long history of tea development. Taoyuan International Airport is the main gateway for Taiwan to the international community, and this time, through the "Taotea Salon" exhibition, more people are encouraged to learn about the famous tea-producing area in northern Taiwan, "Taoyuan." The exhibition includes aromatic Oriental Beauty tea, rich and mellow Taoying black tea, as well as Lalashan high mountain tea, Lufeng Oolong tea, and Longquan tea, inviting everyone to explore the selected teas from Taoyuan.

The exhibition is particularly designed around the airport concept, creating an immersive "Tea Journey." It combines scenes like Check-in counters, Customs, Baggage Claim, Duty-Free Shops, and Departure Lounges, and sets up six themed areas to display the history of Taoyuan's tea industry, tea flavor characteristics, and the diverse development of cross-border collaborations. Participants can engage in a fun and in-depth exploration of the tea industry, hoping to promote Taoyuan's quality tea products internationally.

The exhibition will be held from today until April 13 at the Creative Space of the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park, open for free admission every day from 11 AM to 7 PM. There are also dining and shopping options available in the exhibition area, offering local representative teas such as Oriental Beauty tea and Taoying black tea, along with limited edition photo spots and gifts for purchases over a certain amount. It is hoped that through interesting themed marketing, more people will be attracted to explore tea culture in Taoyuan.
