This afternoon, a drowning incident occurred at the back bay of Hengchun, Pingtung. A female diving customer in her 50s encountered danger while coming ashore and showed no signs of life at the scene. Firefighters received the report and quickly arrived to assist in transporting her to Hengchun Tourist Hospital. After emergency resuscitation, the woman has regained her breathing and heartbeat and is currently still receiving ongoing emergency care at the hospital.

Today in Pingtung Hengchun, an accidental drowning incident occurred around 2 PM at the popular diving location of Houbihai. A female diver, approximately 50 years old, unfortunately drowned, and there were no signs of life at the scene. Firefighters subsequently assisted in transporting her to Hengchun Tourist Hospital for emergency rescue. After resuscitation efforts, she has regained breathing and heartbeat, and is currently undergoing continued emergency treatment.

This incident took place on the afternoon of the 5th, when a female diver drowned during the process of coming ashore after finishing her dive. Upon receiving the report, the Hengchun Fire Station quickly responded to the scene, where bystanders had already performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on her. Firefighters received the emergency call at 2:10 PM, when the drowning victim was brought back to the shore by people on site for urgent care.

The Pingtung County Fire Bureau indicated that the Hengchun Fire Station transported the female diver to the hospital for emergency care at 2:37 PM, and at 3:06 PM received a report from the hospital stating that after resuscitation, the patient has regained breathing and heartbeat and is still undergoing emergency treatment.
