This afternoon around 2 o'clock, a 54-year-old woman drowned while diving at the outlet beach of the Nuclear Power Plant No. 3. After emergency CPR was administered by bystanders and rescue personnel, the woman still did not regain consciousness and is currently being sent to Hengchun Tourism Hospital for rescue. The hospital stated that the woman has regained her breathing and heartbeat, but is still undergoing emergency treatment. The cause of the incident is yet to be clarified.

On the afternoon of the 5th, around 2 PM, a 54-year-old woman suffered a drowning accident while diving at the beach near the nuclear power plant's water outlet. After emergency treatment by paramedics, she still did not regain consciousness and is currently being rescued at Hengchun Tourism Hospital, where she has regained breathing and heartbeat.

According to reports, police and firefighters were notified that a woman was drowning on the right side of the water outlet at Houbi Lake in Hengchun Township. Bystanders first pulled her ashore and performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) as first aid. Subsequently, rescue personnel quickly arrived at the scene and performed CPR on the woman in an attempt to revive her vital signs. However, even after emergency treatment, the woman did not regain consciousness, and ultimately, she was urgently transported to Hengchun Tourism Hospital by an ambulance from the Hengchun Fire Department for rescue. At 15:06, Hengchun Hospital reported that after emergency treatment, the woman had regained breathing and heartbeat and was still receiving treatment in the emergency room. Currently, the detailed cause of the incident is unclear, and further clarification of the drowning accident is needed by the relevant authorities.
