The organizers stated that Lego Taiwan collaborated with the Kaohsiung City Government for the first time this year to jointly hold the 2025 Kaohsiung Children's Art Festival "Lego Kaohsiung," which took place from the 3rd to the 6th at the Weiwuying National Art and Culture Center. Due to the fun nature of the "Lego" theme, a large number of both big and small friends participated, especially with the debut of a six-meter high brand new puppet installation landmark and several interesting Lego challenge experiences and interactive photo areas, making the venue incredibly lively.
In addition to the competitive "Lego House," various new Lego products were sold here in large Lego block shapes, bringing in lots of crowds, with long lines frequently seen and continuous laughter heard. On the first day of the event, it attracted over 200,000 people and their families.
The venue also featured a spacious aesthetic graffiti education course held every afternoon on the second floor open platform of the Weiwuying Art and Culture Center. No tickets or materials were needed, so parents and children could create together. This arrangement attracted many participants of various ages, allowing children to freely create and take pictures for social media, as well as participate in capsule toy lottery draws, with thousands of interesting prizes stimulating their enthusiasm for challenges.
During the event, the Weiwuying Park became a joyful paradise for children, especially every afternoon at 3 PM when performances took place from four schools, including dance and both Eastern and Western music, further encouraging enthusiastic participation from parents and teachers, creating a concert-like atmosphere that was very well-received.
This event gathered 103 uniquely styled food trucks, creating the most distinctive market event in the country where families could spend unforgettable parent-child time together. The atmosphere was lively, with many stalls selling out before the afternoon, showcasing the market potential and appeal of youth brands.
At the same time, creative performance activities were held in succession, allowing both children and adults to have fun and enjoy the joyful springtime.
