The Kaohsiung Children’s Arts Festival "Happy Kaohsiung," held in 2025, integrates elements of "childlike joy" and "colorfulness," creating the most distinctive market in the country. Within two days, it attracted as many as 500,000 visitors, presenting a lively "sold-out festival" scene. Organizers recently announced that this year's Children's Day is collaborating with the Kaohsiung City Government for the first time to launch themed activities for "Happy Kaohsiung," which will take place from the 3rd to the 6th at the Kaohsiung Weiwuying National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts. Due to the captivating theme, the event has been loved by children and adults alike, especially the six-meter-tall puppet landmark making its debut, as well as various LEGO challenge experiences, attracting many families to participate, creating an exceptionally lively atmosphere on-site.

In addition, the "LEGO House" on-site, designed with large LEGO bricks, sells various latest LEGO products, also drawing in a large crowd, often leading to long queues. Laughter filled the air, and over 200,000 people attended on the first day. Besides providing LEGO and various exciting activities, every afternoon at the open platform in the Banyan Tree Square of the Weiwuying Arts and Culture Center, special aesthetic graffiti education classes are offered without the need for tickets or bringing tools, making it very suitable for parent-child enjoyment. This attracted many children of all ages to enthusiastically participate, allowing kids to create and take photos, while also engaging in a gacha lottery contest, where thousands of fun prizes sparked the competitive enthusiasm of the young participants.

During the event, the Weiwuying area transformed into a joyful playground for children, especially with daily performances at 3 PM from four schools, featuring captivating content like dance and both Eastern and Western music, drawing many parents, teachers, and students to the venue. Each day, new programs were staged, allowing families to enjoy beautiful moments on the grass, akin to a large music concert.

The event gathered 103 uniquely styled food trucks, forming a unique market celebration across the nation, enabling every family to share unforgettable parent-child moments. Among the market, there were 44 high-quality youth brands supported by the Youth Bureau, expected to surpass NT$10,000 in sales during the event, highlighting the market potential and attraction of young brands. The event also arranged multiple creative performance activities, allowing children and adults to enjoy a joyful springtime, eating happily and playing excitedly.
