Reporter Du Peixue reports that Kuo Chia-Yen recently published her first novel, "Dream Journey," showcasing her literary talent. Besides her, Tsai Shuchun is also actively participating in the arts community, recording audiobooks, and stating that this is more challenging than acting. In the entertainment circle, actresses Lin Yuxi, Cheng Yuxi, Yao Aining, and Lian Yuhan are also continuously showcasing their versatility through writing and art. Yao Aining has recently participated in the translation of a Japanese picture book and looks forward to completing her own book this year, demonstrating her wide-ranging interests.
Ko Chia-yen has recently published her first novel, "Dream Journey," showcasing her literary talent beyond the entertainment industry. Many actresses have also started actively engaging in literary creation, such as another Golden Bell Award winner, Tsai Shuh-chen, who has recently collaborated with the publishing industry to enter the audiobook field. Ko Chia-yen expressed that she has always wanted to write novels and scripts, and her years of editing collaboration partners have encouraged her to pursue this dream. Her interest in dreams led her creations to revolve around this theme, so she drew inspiration from her dreams and began writing "Dream Journey." The creative process of this novel took her about a year, during which she also experienced creative bottlenecks and often sought inspiration by working in cafes or taking walks outside.
Tsai Shuh-chen is busy preparing for the second season of "A Female Surgeon Is Coming to the Village" while also recording the audiobook of the novel "The Three Sisters of Shetou," challenging herself to play multiple roles. She stated that this is more challenging than acting because the emotional expression required for an audiobook can only be conveyed through voice, creating different voices for each character is particularly difficult. However, it is also an interesting challenge.
Other female stars in the entertainment industry, such as Lin Yu-hsi, Cheng Yu-hsi, and Yao Ai-ning, have also demonstrated their versatility. Even Lin Yu-han publishes books every few years, which is her own expectation. Cheng Yu-hsi recently held an art exhibition again, unexpectedly becoming the center of attention. Yao Ai-ning and Lin Yu-hsi have also held photography exhibitions and published photography collections. Last year, Yao Ai-ning even completed the translation of the Japanese picture book "Things That Cannot Be Measured," stating that being involved in the translation was an unexpected opportunity, and she looks forward to completing her own creation this year.
