Recently, Andy Teacher moved out of his 6,000 TWD rental apartment where he lived for ten years and has been accused of moving into a luxury apartment in the Xinyi District in September of last year, where he is reportedly living with a wealthy girl. He had shared photos on social media enjoying the view of Taipei 101 from the luxury apartment’s swimming pool and gym.

In last night's video, Andy Teacher made four statements, emphasizing that he had already broken up with Jia Ning in April and reiterated that she has been "a very important benefactor beside me recently." He mentioned that his breakup with Jia Ning occurred in April of last year, but it wasn't officially announced until the end of October. He stated, "I met this friend during a gathering in August. She is an entrepreneur and works very hard, so I consulted her on some questions I didn't understand." He stated that she is currently assisting him with his agency business.

Regarding rumors of moving into a luxury apartment, Andy Teacher responded helplessly: "I want everyone to know one thing, my small apartment in New Taipei City has always existed, but I only returned the lease on March 27 of this year. The so-called billion-dollar luxury apartment is actually just my agent's rental place, not something she purchased." He emphasized that the luxury apartment is not truly a billion-dollar level property but just an ordinary small apartment.

After breaking up with Jia Ning, due to a disruption in income and reduced sponsorships, Andy Teacher once considered not filming YouTube anymore. However, during his most difficult times, this friend continued to support him, often inviting him to dinner, encouraging him to keep filming, and helping to resolve tax issues.
