Due to the need to avoid getting caught, there are many running scenes in the show, and he candidly admits that at his age, his knees and back are not well-suited for sprinting, hoping that the second season will have fewer scenes requiring intense running. When discussing his character's transformation from elite to thief, Hamm responded that he does not plan to steal from anyone, as theft is wrong. However, if he had to choose, it would likely be from the wealthiest and most successful people in the world, joking that if it were Tom Cruise, he might still get caught.

When asked by the media if he ever casually took valuable items from the set, Hamm laughed and denied it, sharing that he had received some gifts, the most special of which is perhaps the beautiful chair belonging to his character, Don Draper, from "Mad Men," which he still has at home. He emphasized several times that it was a gift from the show's creators and not something he stole.

The series opens with a tribute to the classic film "The Graduate." Hamm revealed that both he and writer Jonathan are movie fans, reminiscing about growing up in the Midwest of the United States, watching "007," "Top Gun," "Indiana Jones," and "Star Wars," dreaming of one day visiting those places, accomplishing those feats, and even acting in movies. Now, as an actor, being able to recreate the aesthetics of early Hollywood high society in the show surprises him, declaring that this is precisely the charm of the series.
