She emphasizes the importance of managing one's desires, simplifying needs, and how life will naturally become simpler and people will feel younger.

Lai Peixia also shared two exercises she regularly does at home: jumping on a trampoline 12,000 times a day and using dumbbells to strengthen her finger muscles. She pointed out the significance of finger strength, which enables her to play the piano with more power.

She is immensely excited about the upcoming solo concert at the end of the year, especially since she loves playing the piano and plans to include a self-accompanied singing segment in her performance. Having been immersed in music since childhood, this concert undoubtedly presents a new challenge for her.
