This unique store is co-managed by second-generation brothers Li Zhanyun and Li Zhengxiang, whose father has been making buns for over 40 years, and the shop has been in business for more than 30 years. Since opening, the store prepares fresh dough every day, placing the steamed soft and chewy buns on a traditional charcoal stove to grill them, filling them with pork chops and eggs, transforming them into a savory “Grilled Pork Egg Bun,” while adding sauce creates the sweet “Condensed Milk Grilled Bun.” Additionally, there are several flavors to choose from, including corn egg, tuna egg, fish floss egg, chocolate, milk candy, and peanut, with the buns being of a moderate size, perfect for tasting both savory and sweet flavors.

• “Grilled Pork Egg Bun” (front, 45 NT dollars each) and “Condensed Milk Grilled Bun” (back, 20 NT dollars each) are two popular flavors, sized just right for each person to enjoy one of each.
