The 42-year-old Japanese singer Koda Kumi was invited to participate in the cherry blossom festival in Kaohsiung at the end of last month, where she delivered an outstanding performance. Her husband, the two-year-younger Japanese-Taiwanese mixed musician KENJI03, also attended, and the two shared a close interaction. Koda Kumi shared on social media their journey back to Taipei via High-Speed Rail after the performance and mentioned that the next day she and her husband went to Hualien for tomb sweeping, having dinner with relatives and enjoying a pleasant holiday.

Koda Kumi previously dated Masahiro Nakai, and it was reported that the two had broken up in 2009. Subsequently, in 2011, the media reported she was dating a man resembling Shido Nakamura, who was later confirmed to be KENJI03, a member of a band with a Japanese father and a Taiwanese Atayal mother. KENJI03 was educated in Taiwan during his childhood, and after dating KENJI03 for about four months, Koda Kumi chose to get married, and they welcomed a child together, remaining affectionate to this day.

As a Taiwanese daughter-in-law, Koda Kumi recently shared photos on social media of her enjoying Din Tai Fung delicacies in Kaohsiung and experiencing a Taiwanese massage, stating that it made her feel invigorated and healthy. She then moved to Cijin, riding an electric scooter and tasting various delicacies such as seafood, peanut rolls, and strawberry ice, also trying her hand at claw machines, casually sharing, "These are really delicious!" It seems she is postponing her weight loss plans until she returns to Japan.

Not long ago, Koda Kumi shared photos of cherry blossom viewing in Tokyo, expressing nostalgia for her trip to Taiwan, mentioning again their return to Taipei via High-Speed Rail after the performance, and then going to Hualien for tomb sweeping the next day, stating that the timing was perfect, as it was the tomb-sweeping season in Taiwan. She also experienced fishing for shrimp and soaking in hot springs while having meals with rarely seen relatives, commenting, "I had a wonderful holiday, and it was really nice to see everyone. Everyone hopes I can come back soon for another gathering, and I will be back!"
