The American rock band Guns N' Roses will perform in Taiwan for the third time in 2025, playing at the Taoyuan Sunny Theater. This concert is part of their 40th-anniversary world tour, featuring lead singer Axl Rose, guitarist Slash, and bassist Duff McKagan reuniting once again. Their debut album "Appetite For Destruction" is regarded as one of the best-selling albums of all time. Tickets will officially go on sale at 1 PM on April 6.

Founded 40 years ago, Guns N' Roses holds a comparable status in the music world alongside classic bands like Led Zeppelin and Deep Purple. They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2012, and their debut album "Appetite For Destruction," released in 1987, became the best-selling debut album in the United States, selling 30 million copies and being regarded by music critics as an eternal rock classic.

The first time Guns N' Roses came to Taiwan was in 2009, and they returned in 2018 to collaborate again with Slash. This time marks their third visit to Taiwan after a gap of seven years. The 2025 world tour will kick off in Asia, with Taiwan being the third stop after South Korea and Japan. This tour will cover Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, and they will also hold their first performances in Saudi Arabia, Georgia, Lithuania, and Luxembourg.
