A female internet user posted in a Facebook group that she had received a call, and as soon as she answered it, the caller hung up. Curious, she searched online for the phone number and found that many other netizens had encountered the same situation. To avoid becoming a target of harassment calls, netizens suggested downloading the Whoscall application, as the app actively filters and displays caller information, including suspicious calls that ring once and then hang up, which are recorded. It is available for both iOS and Android systems. After installation, if someone calls, the caller's identity will be directly displayed on the call screen, allowing users to decide whether to answer.
